Our chalet for 8 people not just only offers you an incredible view for the breathtaking moutains around, but has also a fireplace and a private sauna with a direct view of the fantastic mountains and a panoramic terrace with a seating area.

The carport offers space for 2 cars and your electric car can also be charged here (charge to be paid separately).

The newly completed chalet offers approx. 110m2 of living space, which is divided over 2 floors. Because of the great view, we decided on a special division. The generous window front on the upper floor floods the open living, dining and cooking area with lots of light and offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains. An open exposed roof truss gives the room size and contributes to a pleasant indoor climate. The fireplace as a room divider in the middle ensures a welcoming ambience and cozy warmth. You will find the wood for this in front of the fireplace and more in the outdoor area. So nothing stands in the way of a cozy evening with your loved ones. The comfortable couch invites you to relax and enjoy the wonderful mountain panorama.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, induction cooker, coffee machine, dishwasher and a large fridge/freezer combination. The dining table is right next to the kitchen island, so meals can be prepared together in a relaxed atmosphere. Free WiFi and a radio with Bluetooth connection are also available.

There is also a toilet on the upper floor and a room next to the vestibule where, among other things, ski boots can be dried. The spacious terrace invites you to enjoy the sun and the view and switch off from everyday life. Together you can enjoy the panorama and just let your soul dangle, whether after a wonderful day in the blooming meadows of the mountains or after a beautiful day in the winter landscape (skiing, cross-country skiing or snowshoeing).

The natural materials such as old wood and stone as well as the high-quality furnishings create a lot of cosiness. Our chalet was planned and furnished with great attention to detail.

The stairs take you down to the basement, where your own sauna with a separate bathroom and a lounger invites you to relax and switch off. From here you can also enjoy the beautiful mountain world through large window fronts and go directly outside. Two bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed and one bunk bed per room, offer space for up to 8 people in a modern, alpine style. Since there is a separate bathroom in the sauna, each room has its own bathroom with a walk-in shower. Each room has a flat screen TV with satellite connection. There is also a separate toilet in the basement. Details made of old wood and a robust stone floor in combination with wooden floors (everything with underfloor heating) ensure contemporary living comfort in connection with traditional elements.

Our luxury chalet is located at approximately 1500m above sea level in the municipality of Großkirchheim, nestled in one of the largest nature reserves in Central Europe. Away from the large tourist crowds, the chalet is ideally situated to explore the surrounding landscape and engage in sports activities. The Hohe Tauern National Park and the Heiligenblut ski area invite you to enjoy.
