It is beautifully located on the outskirts of Schalkenmehren by the lake, on the slope at the edge of the forest. The lake and the town center are only about 400 m away. From many holiday apartments in the Maarberg Resort, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the lake. Each apartment offers WLAN/WIFI internet access. The house includes a new sauna (also for private use) and a free new jacuzzi in the sauna room. You will be delighted by the beautiful outdoor facilities with ornamental ponds and waterfalls!

Elegant, completely newly furnished studio for 2 people, approx. 31 sqm living space, terrace facing the lake and decorative pond. The studio is on the ground floor (3 steps in front of the terrace) and offers a lovely view of the lake, the beautiful landscape, and the well-maintained ornamental pond. Sit in the apartment or on the terrace and let the view enchant you.
Living/sleeping area with high-quality box spring bed (180x200 cm double bed). So nothing stands in the way of a good night's sleep. Additionally, there is a large 127 cm HD/3D television of the new generation. You have a large selection of TV and radio channels in many languages (4 satellites). Also, a 3D Blu-ray player and DVD player. Sound system with radio, CD, etc. There is internet access with WIFI (Wlan).

The bright and friendly furnished apartment conveys a natural flair with lots of wood and stone.
It is a non-smoking apartment (smokers please use the terrace or outdoor area)
The new fitted kitchen has a 4-burner stove (ceramic hob) and oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, 2 coffee machines (filter and pod machine, Bosch-Tassimo). Toaster, kettle, etc. Pots and pans as well as cutlery and dishes for the maximum number of people are, of course, available. A children's bed and high chair can be provided free of charge.
The dining area is suitable for 2 people. The wardrobe has a full-length mirror.

You can access the parking lot directly from the terrace and ornamental pond (small bridge) with a key for the terrace door. Thus, you have a separate entrance via the terrace.

The bathroom is designed especially exclusive!
It has a 2-person whirlpool. Treat yourself in the whirlpool with light therapy, whirlpool function, and many other features. A radio is also integrated.
Special bath salt for the whirlpool is available free of charge.
The bathroom features a flat-screen TV. Enjoy a nice movie on TV or put in a good DVD while relaxing in the bath.
For special enjoyment, we have a DVD with a fireplace, sunrises, etc. ready.

A separate steam shower ensures a special experience. It has a steam function similar to a steam sauna (with seating), as well as a rain shower, side massage jets, and foot massage jets. Radio, light therapy, etc.

If you want to eat well on the terrace, there is an additional dining table available as a folding table on each floor in front of the apartments.

The apartment has central heating and, of course, one or two separate entrances. You can use the entrance via the terrace and the small bridge or through the house and the main entrance of the house.

In the house: reception hall with reception. You will find the sauna in the basement of the "Maarberg Resort". You can also use the new sauna alone (lockable). Additionally, in the basement is a room with a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board.
In the reception hall, you will receive hiking maps, postcards, and free informational material about the many excursion destinations and leisure activities in the region. There is also a drink refrigerator in the reception hall with beverages available on a trust basis. Large aquarium in the entrance area/reception.

The outdoor area will amaze you!
Two wonderfully and elaborately designed ornamental ponds with koi and other fish, 2 waterfalls, 2 streams, and a well-maintained decorative gravel area belong to the complex. The outdoor areas are romantically illuminated in the evening. The ponds also contain turtles. Sit comfortably with a coffee or a cocktail on the balcony or terrace and watch the fish and turtles. Or gaze down into the valley at the lake.
Further in the outdoor area: sufficient parking spaces, a bicycle parking area. A barbecue area with a view of the lake is located behind the house.

In the village, there are good restaurants, cafes, and shopping opportunities. In the district town of Daun, 5 km away, you will find additional shopping opportunities and supermarkets.
