Our holiday home in the middle of Untertal valley is directly beneath a beatiful restaurant. The appartmenthouse has 2 fully equipment appartments each with a livingkitchen, bath, shower and toilettroom, each with 2 seperate sleepingrooms. Addotitionally there is in the house also a doubleroom also with shower and toilettroom. There is also a big sittingroom with a bar, so nothing is in the way for a perfect holiday together.

Our holiday house is directly in the center of the valley Untertal-Rohrmoos, in the middle of the beautiful elevated plain of Schladming-Dachstein. It’s a very quiet and cantral position, beneath the river Talbach, where you can enter into the hike of „Wild waters“. The bus stop is just 1 minute to walk from the house, also the WM-City Schladming ist 10 carminutes away, but you can also take a 35 minute walk through the Talbachklamm to the city. In summer and also winter you can easily get in at the bus stop (1 minute to go) into the great hike- and skiarea Schladming-Dachstein. For our crosscoutryskier the slope isn’t far.

The holiday house is perfect for groups up to 10 persons, but also for families. In front of the house there is a small yard and a carboard. The apartments a fully equipped and have a balcony. In addition there is a big breakfastroom and lounge with a bar for a cozy meeting.

The holiday rooms have 2-3 bedrooms, kitchen, anteroom, bathroom with a bathtub and a double washbasin and also one separate toilet. In addition, the apartments are equipped with a television (with a satellite reception), kitchen and fridge, electric cooker or backing oven, microwave, coffemachine, hairdryer, radio, dishes, bed linen and dish towels. Our guest are able to surf in the internet with the free Wifi of Schladming-Dachstein.

Leisure time facilities in summer is our houseown achery course at our farm Schieplechnerhof. An unforgetable adventure with bow and arrow in the nature with 23 3D targets for everybody a great big drill ground to shoot in, also good for families, groups and association. For beginners there is an expert entrollment and you will get top equipped with our rental facilities. For our housguests, who stay longer than 3 nights will a get one free entry for our archery course.
