Our three-family house with the two cozy holiday apartments is located in the middle of the Zillertal on the outskirts of Stumm


The center of Stumm with a bakery, supermarket, cafés and restaurants is only about 600 m from our house.

The approx. 60 m² apartment 1 offers space for up to 4 people and has 2 double rooms, a bathroom, balcony access, 3 satellite TVs and a kitchen-living room. Apartment 2, which is also 60 m² in size, can accommodate up to 5 people and has 2 double rooms, a bathroom, balcony, kitchen and 3 satellite TVs.
Our guests can use an outdoor seating area with table and benches and a portable grill behind the house (direct access from the staircase). 2 parking spaces on the property. The two apartments each have a covered balcony with furniture and are attractively and modernly furnished. Tile and vinyl floor. All rooms with satellite TV. Internet access (WLAN, included). For skiers there is a ski storage room in the garage as well as a ski boot heater. Our two holiday apartments can of course also be booked as a COMBI on request. This large unit then offers space for up to 10 people and is ideal for holidays with family or friends.


In summer, the Bochrasee fishing pond is approx. 1 km away, the swimming lake in the Aufenfeld amusement park is approx. 2.3 km away and the Stumm bathing world is only approx. 600 m away from the accommodation. The Spieljochbahn and the Erlebnistherme Zillertal can be reached in just 10 minutes by bus or car.

In winter, the valley station of the Hochzillertal cable car in Kaltenbach, which is 2 km away, can be reached in about 10 minutes by ski bus. The ski bus stop is approx. 200 m from the house.
