The 60 square metre holiday apartment has two bedrooms with box spring beds and wardrobes, which offer plenty of storage space for the whole family. The spacious bathroom with rain shower, washbasin with LED mirror and WC is perfect after a sporty day on the mountain.
Towels, toilet paper and hairdryer are of course available.
A fully equipped kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, kettle and coffee machine with taps invite you to cook. There are no dishwashing discussions with us, because the dishwasher does the washing up. ;-)
The comfortable sofa is perfect for a cosy TV evening.
Further there is a terrace with a great seat opportunity for a breakfast in the sunshine or a cosy grill evening with the available electric grill.
For the skis or mountainbikes there is a locked area and parking for two cars.

In the family-owned Hotel Auenhof next door (2 minutes by foot) you can start the day with a beautiful breakfast. After an eventful day you can relax in the wellness area with sauna and indoor swimming pool in the hotel. If you don't feel like cooking anymore? Then treat yourself to a tasty dinner at the hotel. (surcharge)

Breakfast at the price of € 15 per adult per day (children pay half). Wellness with pool use and 3 different saunas € 9 per person and day. Dinner prices on request.

This great new wooden maisonette apartment is located in the middle of the Stubaier Alps. In winter, as in summer, the ideal starting point for all skiing, hiking and other activities.
The bus stop is located 30 m from the house and it is only 20 minutes by car to Innsbruck.
