nestled in an impressive, untouched mountain landscape that guarantees peace and relaxation.
Surrounded by majestic peaks and lush alpine meadows, our house is the ideal starting point for numerous hikes, challenging mountain tours, and varied cycling routes in the region.
Diverse paths to popular mountain huts begin right outside our door,
to the Gschnitz Valley Hut Tour
as well as to the world-famous Stubai High Trail, one of the most beautiful high-altitude hiking trails in the Alps.
Particularly noteworthy is our unique location right at the impressive Sandes Waterfall,
whose natural spectacle our guests can experience up close.
A bus stop is also nearby, as well as a public parking lot conveniently located behind the house.
House guests can use the house's own parking lot, of course.
In winter, the Gschnitz Valley cross-country ski trail runs directly past the house, inviting many sporty sunbathers to take a break.
