For entertainment, you have a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a small stereo system, and a collection of games at your disposal. Additionally, we have compiled an information folder with attractions in our area for you. Wi-Fi is, of course, free.

In the kitchen area, there is a kitchenette with a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a small dishwasher. The kitchen is also equipped with sufficient cooking and dining utensils, spices, a microwave, a small oven, a kettle, a coffee machine, and a toaster. Other conveniences such as filter bags, garbage bags, dish soap, and dishcloths are also provided. Dish towels are, of course, included. The dining area is designed for 2 people.

The separate bedroom is furnished with a box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm). Your beds are, of course, made up. Additionally, there is an alarm clock radio. In the bedroom wardrobe, there is a safe where you can securely store your valuables.

In the bathroom, you'll find hygiene products, a hairdryer, a cosmetic mirror, a drying rack, paper towels, and toilet paper. The shower is level access. Hand towels and bath towels are included (towel change for longer stays).

The rooms are heated via underfloor heating. The last renovation of the apartment took place in 2022.

The apartment is accessed via a spiral staircase and has two balconies connected by a walkway. Here you can have breakfast in the morning or relax in the evening with a glass of wine.

There is a free separate parking space right next to the house. Motorcycles can be parked in the carport.

A bicycle cellar is available for your bicycles free of charge. Here you can also charge your E-bikes free of charge.

From the balcony, you have a view of the nearby star forest as well as our garden and pond area with koi fish. On the door to the bicycle cellar, there is an outdoor dartboard where you can pass the time if you wish.

With a stay of 3 nights or more, you will receive a bottle of Mosel Riesling as a welcome gift.

Note:

We kindly ask you to leave the apartment broom clean upon departure. Please return used dishes clean to the cupboards. Dispose of the waste separately in the designated bins in the carport. Place used bedding and towels on the floor in the bathroom.

Our modern and comfortable vacation apartments are located at the gateway to the Middle Moselle. They serve as your base camp for excursions by car, motorcycle, bicycle, or hiking.

The vacation apartments are each designed for 2 people. In addition to a bedroom, bathroom, and living/dining area, they also feature a small, well-equipped kitchenette. In our bicycle cellar, you can store your bikes. Charging the batteries for your e-bikes is, of course, free of charge. All our vacation apartments are non-smoking. Each vacation apartment has its own free parking space located directly at the house.

Both short-term visitors and long-term guests are well accommodated with us and always welcome.



Minimum stay duration in the main season (01.05. - 31.10) - 5 days.

Minimum stay duration in the low season (01.11. - 30.04) - 2 days.



Shorter stays can also be booked if available. Please inquire.

During Christmas, New Year's Eve, Easter, Whitsun, and on public holidays as well as bridge days, longer stays may apply. Please inquire.
