On the sunny plateau of Ramsau am Dachstein, framed by the picturesque Dachstein massif, is our family run organic farm, Deutlhauser. Here, you’ll enjoy genuine Styrian hospitality and the flair of an authentic Ramsau organic farm.

Our house lies on a small hill in the Untere Leiten part of Ramsau, and it is an ideal starting point for various hiking tours in Ramsau am Dachstein in summer. In only five minutes by foot, you get to the nearest bus stop, from where you have access to all public bus routes through Ramsau and Schladming. In winter, you can start your cross-country tour from Deutlhauser Farm and enjoy 220 km of beautifully groomed trails.

Choose between double, triple or quadruple rooms and holiday flats for your holiday home. The apartments accommodate two to four people in a living room and bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and separate WC. All our carefully decorated rooms have a shower, WC, wi-fi, satellite TV, and a balcony, from where you’ll enjoy gorgeous views across the Ramsau mountains.

Let us spoil you at Deutlhauserhof and start your day with a rich buffet breakfast of a selection of homemade produce from our own farm: farmhouse bread, sausages, speck, eggs, and jams. You are welcome to use the Alm hut with its barbecue area for a sociable get-together, no matter what the weather conditions.

Deutlhauserhof Farm is a true paradise for everyone from athletes to children. Whether you prefer hiking, mountain biking, cross-country skiing or Nordic walking, in Ramsau am Dachstein everyone finds activities to suit them. Families with children enjoy farm life at organic Deutlhauserhof Farm, having fun looking after the cows, rabbits, ponies, cats, and the many other animals on the farm. They are also welcome to help out with our daily work in the barn.

In winter, Ramsau am Dachstein offers a 220 km network of cross-country trails for every level. Also, we are the perfect starting point for beautiful winter walks across the sunny plateau. Being in the centre of the ski amadé area, ski fans will find what they are looking for – we are only four kilometres away from the four interlinked mountains of Hauser Kaibling, Planai, Hochwurzen and Reiteralm.

In summer, there is a lot going on here in Ramsau. We are a Summercard partner, which means that you can enjoy many attractions throughout the Schladming-Dachstein region, such as ski lifts, buses, or pay toll roads, either free of charge or at a reduced rate. In the midst of the gorgeous mountains of Ramsau am Dachstein, Deutlhauserhof is the perfect place for your family get-away or active holiday.
