Welcome to our newly renovated holiday apartment in Neustadt an der Weinstraße in the district of Schöntal!

The apartment is located in a quiet area (cul-de-sac) below Wolfsburg, right at the edge of the forest.
From here, it takes about 25 minutes on foot to reach the city center. Alternatively, you can take the bus. The bus stop is about 200 m from the apartment. The swimming pool can be reached in 5 minutes on foot.

The apartment accommodates two people.
You can expect:

• a cozy bedroom with a comfortable double bed (200 x 200),
• a bright living room with dining area
• a fully equipped kitchen
• a modern bathroom with shower, WC is separate

• as well as a balcony with seating area to relax
