The apartment, on the second floor of a building with an elevator, features a large covered terrace furnished with armchairs and a dining area. The entrance opens onto the large living room furnished with a sofa and a double sofa bed, a dining table, a television and access to the terrace. From here guests can reach the fully-equipped independent kitchen and the bedroom with a queen-size bed. A bathroom with a bathtub completes the layout.

Guests will benefit from amenities such as a washing machine, iron, wi-fi connection, air conditioning in the living room, and heating.

Como is a fascinating, elegant, romantic and well-kept city, surrounded by medieval walls that house the historic center, with cobbled streets and magnificent squares. The lakeside promenade with several 18th century villas and the Tempio Voltiano are some of the main highlights of the territory. Among the most fascinating aspects of this village there are undoubtedly its charming villas, famous all over the world for their splendor and their manicured gardens. Among the most famous are Villa Olmo, a fine example of neoclassical architecture and home to important exhibitions, and "La Rotonda", a 18th century villa and seat of the Provincial Administration. Near the lakeside promenade, travelers can find the main square of the city, dominated by the Broletto (the ancient city-hall built in 1215). The square also boasts the Cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta, one of the most fascinating examples of Italian Gothic art.
