Recently-renovated apartment a few steps away from the Parco della Montagnola and the central station of Bologna.

The apartment, located on the third floor reachable with an elevator, opens onto the spacious living area which features a comfortable double sofa bed, a TV, a folding dining table and a breakfast bar. In the same open space you will find an American and fully-equipped kitchen, including an oven, a kettle and an espresso coffee machine; from here it is possible to access the balcony fitted with a table and two chairs. The bright bedroom is provided with a queen-size bed, two nightstands and a spacious wardrobe.
A design bathroom with a large shower completes the apartment.
Comfort such as the washing machine, the free wi-fi, perfect for working from home, the air conditioning throughout the accommodation and the independent heating will be at guests’ disposal.

Bologna is a city of art, culture and trade. The capital of Emilia-Romagna is also known as “Dotta” (erudite), being the oldest university of the West, as “Grassa” (fat) for its gastronomic delights and “Rossa” (red) for the colors characterizing its old town. Its soul is in the medieval old town, one of the biggest in Europe, dotted in taverns, workshops and theaters, characterized by almost 40 km of porticoes. In the city center there is Piazza Maggiore, where the charm of medieval buildings is perfectly combined with modernity. Not to be missed are the Fountain of Neptune by Giambologna and the Medieval Towers, “Torre degli Asinelli” and “Torre della Garisenda”, part of a rich cultural heritage preserved in several museums, art galleries and religious buildings. It is allowed to leave Bologna only after having tried its gastronomic products, among which mortadella, tortellini, ragù alla bolognese while sipping famous DOC wines from the Bologna hills! Rich in exhibitions, fairs and cultural events, Bologna can surprise you in every season.

The central train station is only 500 m away from the apartment, while the airport is easily reachable in a 15-minute drive.
