The family-run Apart Anna in Kaltenbach offers relaxation and recreation in the middle of the Zillertal mountains.

Apart Anna gives you also the possibility to spend your holidays together with your friends - in the same house. There are 3 similar apartments in the same house. Up to 18 persons are possible in the same house in 3 apartments (Ground-, 1st and 2nd floor).

Skiing enthusiasts can reach the nearby valley station of the family-friendly ski area Hochzillertal-Hochfügen by car or the free ski bus in 5 minutes.



ApartAnna in Kaltenbach has three holiday apartments sized 65m2 for 2-7persons, ideal for holidays with family or friends. The bright and sunny apartments have a bathroom with WC, a fully equipped kitchen, free Wi-Fi and covered parking spaces. Bed linen and towels will be provided during your holidays in the Zillertal.

Apartment Nostalgie accommodates up to 5 persons in two triple rooms and is therefore ideal for holidays with friends or with family. Apartment Panorama offers you two triple rooms and a very nice terrace with garden.

During your summer holidays in Kaltenbach, you can relax on the sunbathing lawn of Apart Anna or enjoy the magnificent view of Kaltenbach, the mountains and the neighbouring village of Stumm from the south-, east- and west-facing balconies.

Sporty holidaymakers can expect an extensive range of sports activities within easy reach of Apart Anna. Explore the cycling and hiking trails through the Zillertal which start only 5 minutes from the accommodation. The popular 'Badewelt Stumm' which is only 3km away is ideal to cool off on hot summer days.



Take advantage of the central location of Apart Anna also in winter. In just 5 minutes the free ski bus takes you to the ski area Hochzillertal-Hochfügen where over 100 kilometres of perfectly groomed pistes are waiting. The bus stops 40m from the accommodation. Families can look forward to exciting tobogganrides in Hochfügen or spend ski-free days at the water park 'Erlebnistherme Fügen' which is 7 km away.
