The wooden house on the ground floor consists of a small entrance hall, from which a shower, the bedroom for 2 persons, a toilet, the storage room with a washing machine, and the fully equipped living kitchen branch off. From the living kitchen, which is open to the top with a visible roof structure, a narrow staircase leads to the spacious upper floor with 2-4 beds, a sofa, and a TV with a DVD player.

On the covered terrace, there is a table with benches, garden chairs are available around the corner, and in summer, there is a gas grill that can certainly be used. Kitchen herbs and strawberries grow beside the house, please help yourselves.

The car can be parked next to the house.

Just a 12-minute drive from the skiing and hiking area of Schladming lies the new wooden house on the outskirts of Gröbming. From the cozy living kitchen, you can enjoy the wonderful view of the mountains. My wooden house is on the edge of the village, and you can walk to the center in 15 minutes.

On the ground floor, there is the bedroom, bathroom with shower, WC, storage room for skis and ski boots, and the very well-equipped living kitchen with a comfortable armchair.
