Modern one-bedroom apartment located in Residenza Miralago with a shared infinity pool and garden, a few steps away from the centre of Desenzano del Garda and with direct access to the promenade and to the public beach.

This bright apartment, located on the ground floor, opens to a living area furnished with a double sofa bed, a flat-screen satellite TV, a dining table and an open plan and well-equipped kitchen, fitted also with an oven and a dishwasher.
The sleeping area comes with a queen size bed, bedside table with reading lamps and a wardrobe. A bathroom with shower completes the apartment.
Outside, it boasts a private patio of 16 square meters furnished with a table and chairs to enjoy meals in the open air, which is accessible both from the bedroom and the living room.
At guests’ disposal there are comforts such as private parking, free Wi-Fi, washing machine in the basement of the building, air conditioning and heating.

*Residenza Miralago offers to its guests a wonderful infinity pool with a solarium area (open from 01/04 to 31/10), a garden, direct access to the promenade and the public beach.

Desenzano del Garda is a lovely town overlooking the southern shore of the lake in the province of Brescia.
In Desenzano it is possible to visit the ancient roman ruins of Villa Romana, the castle from the X century, walk along the romantic old harbor and stop for an aperitif, or go to the beach: the lake shores offer four beaches where to relax and enjoy the sun and the landscape. Desenzano is the perfect destination for sport lovers that will be able to wind surf, mountain bike and sail.
In addition, this town is a great starting point to explore the southern part of Garda that offers stunning places, starting from the nearby Sirmonione, the most prestigious city of the lake, proceeding then to Salò, with the new promenade, Maderno and Gardone Riviera.
