The apartment is located on the fourth floor of a building with an elevator. It consists of a living room furnished with a double sofa bed, flat-screen television, dining table, and an open kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and kettle.
The sleeping area consists of a room with a double bed and desk. A bathroom with shower, a walk-in closet and a storage room complete the layout.
