The apartment, located on the first floor of a complex with a few units and with a lift, welcomes guests with the living room coming with a dining table with chairs, a double sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen, fitted also with an induction hob, a microwave, an electric kettle, an orange juicer, a coffee machine and toaster. The living room leads to the private terrace furnished with a table with chairs for outdoor breakfasts and dinners.

The holiday apartment continues with the bedroom equipped a comfortable queen size bed and wardrobe, while a full bathroom with shower and washing machine completes the layout of the property. At guests' disposal there are also comforts such as free Wi-Fi and heating.

Sanremo: city of flowers, casino and “Festival della canzone italiana” (Italian song festival). In the province of Imperia, Sanremo is the largest city on the Riviera dei Fiori and in this regard Villa Nobel and Villa Ormond offer gardens of a certain value, created both with typical plants, exotic and rare species. Also famous for its buildings of historical and architectural value, not to be missed is the Cathedral of San Siro, the oldest religious building in Sanremo, the Russian Church, one of the most famous symbols of the city and the Madonna della Costa Sanctuary, in Baroque style. During the stay make sure to visit the Sanremo Casino, to admire the structure and the gambling halls dating back to the Second World War.
The emblem of the city is the Ariston Theater, the famous stage where the Italian song festival takes place every year, or simply, a cinema that hosts shows and ballets during the rest of the year.
Make sure to leave the city after taking a walk along the Imperatrice promenade, paved with marble, adorned with palm trees and the Spring Statue by the sculptor Vincenzo Pasquali.
