Experience the unique atmosphere of an authentic Tyrolean farmhouse originated 1377, freshly renovated with a Tyrolean parlor and tiled stove, large kitchen-living room with a corner bench, rustic vaulted cellar and original wooden floorboards. Modern furnished bedrooms for up to eight persons: two double bedrooms and a family room with a double bed and a separate second bedroom with a bunk bed. Two new bathrooms offer modern comfort.
With 156 square meters and spacious common areas, the SIMAIR IN HAUS is perfect for unforgettable moments with family or friends. Cook together, play board games in the cozy fireplace room or relax on social evenings - the focus here is on being together.

Welcome to our holiday apartment in the traditional Tyrolean farmhouse in the Kitzbühel district. Peace, nature and yet central: The house is located directly on the Way of St. James next to the town hall, the church and the Gasthof zur Post in the heart of the small town of St. Jakob in Haus. The central location in the sunny Alpine village combines practical infrastructure, action-packed experiences and picturesque nature right on the doorstep. Whether you want to get fresh rolls in the morning from the village supermarket 50 meters away, walk along the winter path to the Buchensteinwand ski lift yourself or take a short bike ride to the Pillersee in summer. The car can stay parked. And a visit to the Familienland leisure park, which is within sight, will not only make children's eyes light up. Ambitious skiers and snowboarders can reach the entrance to the Fieberbrunn/Saalbach/Hinterglemm/Leogang ski area comfortably and without a car in just 10 minutes on the ski bus. Our holiday apartment offers the ideal starting point but also a place to retreat to enjoy the beauty of the Tyrolean Alps and to relax and unwind after an eventful day in the mountains.
