The 33 sqm holiday apartment has a separate bedroom, a combined kitchen and living room, a separate toilet and a small bathroom with bathtub.

The holiday apartment has a 17 sqm combined kitchen and living room with a well-equipped kitchenette including a refrigerator, filter coffee machine, kettle, table grill, dishwashing liquid and tea towels.

Enjoy a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains from the cozy dining area.

The combined kitchen and living room is also equipped with a pull-out sofa bed and TV.

The amenities in the bathroom include a bathtub, 2 small and 2 large towels per person, a hairdryer and care products such as shampoo, shower gel, soap, make-up pads and cotton buds.

The 11 sqm bedroom is equipped with a double bed and wardrobe. Bed linen and warm blankets are included!

Right outside the front door you will find picturesque walking and hiking trails, climbing areas as well as cycling and mountain biking routes of varying difficulty levels. Only 200 metres separate you from the extensive network of cross-country ski trails on the sun-kissed and snow-sure high plateau.

The many natural toboggan runs in the Leutasch Valley and the Seefeld region ensure tobogganing fun.

Skiers and ski tourers can reach the Kreithlift in 800 meters, the Seefeld Ski Arena is only 6 km away and 12 km away you can experience pure fun on the slopes in Garmisch-Partenkirchen.
