This lovely cozy corner apartment is located on the seventh floor at the far northwest side of the Sterflats, sheltered from the southwest wind, right on the boulevard. It was completely renovated in 2017 and equipped with even more comfort and a beautiful PVC wood-look floor at the beginning of 2022.
The spacious, bright living room has a side window with a fabulous view over the northern dune area towards Bergen aan Zee. This makes the apartment wonderfully bright, creating a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. There is a cozy seating area with a three-seater sofa and several armchairs, a flat-screen TV, Bluetooth radio, and a dining area for four people.
The living room is connected to one of the two bedrooms through beautiful glass industrial doors, so you can enjoy a wide view of the sea from the living room, and the bedroom can be completely separated from the living room. Both bedrooms are accessible from the living room but also from each other via the intervening modern bathroom with underfloor heating, a walk-in rain shower, and double sinks.
The first bedroom has a double bed consisting of two box spring beds of 90 x 200 cm each. The second bedroom has a double box spring bed of 160 x 200 cm.
The high-quality open kitchen is fully equipped, including an induction hob, oven with microwave function, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, Senseo and filter coffee machine, kettle, and toaster.
The toilet, a washer/dryer combination, and a built-in storage cupboard are located in the hallway.
From the west-facing balcony, equipped with a patio furniture set for 4 people, you can enjoy the evening sun and sunset with a magnificent view of the beach, sea, and boulevard, sheltered from the wind.
The apartment is beautifully and comfortably furnished and fully equipped, so you will lack nothing during your stay. There is a very complete kitchen and living inventory. In addition, you can also use the Wi-Fi free of charge. The additional insulation makes it very comfortable even in the winter months.
In the building's parking garage, you have access to a spacious private garage, which you can easily drive into. Here you can also park your brought bicycles, and you have a handcart, beach chairs, and beach mats at your disposal. Charging electric vehicles or bicycles in the garage is not allowed.
Two elevators from the garage and the entrance lead to the apartment's floor.

Take exit 10-Castricum and follow the N203/N8 towards Uitgeest. Then continue on the N203. After 6.2 km, turn left onto Zeeweg/N513. After 2.4 km, take the first exit at the roundabout onto Heereweg. At the first traffic light (after 6.5 km), turn left onto Heiloöer Zeeweg. At the next traffic light, go straight and at the following traffic light, turn right towards Boulevard by the Sea.
