The house is located on the top floor of a renovated building in a small square in the heart of the ‘Mercato (market) del Capo’
You reach the entrance door through a few steps, and you access directly the living room / kitchen, a warm and cozy living area, pervaded by the light that comes from the balconies that overlook a pedestrian street.
The living room, furnished with sofa, bookcase and table with chairs, is separated from the kitchenette by a small wall.

The living room leads to the double bedroom, also very bright and with a small balcony, overlooking a quiet pedestrian street.
Some steps lead up onto the mezzanine, furnished with a desk and ottoman bed and a small window overlooking the terrace.
In the living room, stairs lead to the terrace, characterized by vivid and colorful furnishings as the red and white striped curtains, the red chairs, the majolica on the bench and some succulent plants.
The terrace fits perfectly into the market context, nestling between the roofs and bell towers of Palermo.

* The house is not equipped with central heating, but with a heat pump in all rooms.

*We inform our guests that the building next to the accommodation and the staircase of the building are currently subject to renovation and painting. Due to these renovation works, there could be some noise during the day.

Our apartment is located in the heart of the historical Mercato del Capo neighborhood, just 2 kms away from the Foro Italico seafront meadows, the "Cala" marina with its cafes and ice-cream parlours, and close to many historical monuments and cultural sites as Palazzo Steri, the Abatellis Museum and many others. An area where noble monuments and churches, clashing in harmony and contradiction with local market stalls, with their colors, aromas and flavors, including some of the city's best street food, and finally the city cultural soul of museums and theaters. Finally, at walking distance from our apartment you can find several restaurants, and find yourself at ease both if you are looking for gourmet dining and for a typical local "trattoria".
