Our modernly built house has a choice of comfortable and lovingly decorated apartments with a balcony. The spacious living area is open plan with sitting, kitchen and dining areas. There are two bedrooms, a bathroom with bath and separate shower, washing machine and hairdryer. All apartments have TV, radio and internet.
The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, cooker with ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, fridge with freezer, a fully automatic coffee maker as well as cooking utensils.
Towels and bedding are provided at no extra charge.
There is a tumble dryer in the basement and plenty of space to store sports equipment during your stay.

Telfes is a central starting point for an active mountain holiday in the Stubaier Alps. In the winter there is a free shuttle service to the ski resorts Schlick 2000 and the Stubaier Glacier. Stubaital offers a wide variety of sports, areas for relaxation, romantic mountain lodges, summer sledging, an adventure park, waterfall walks and much more. The waterpark “Stubay” in only 10 minutes away and provides fun and relaxation for all the family.
Innsbruck, the capital of Tyrol, with its many sights and tourist attractions can be reached in 20 minutes by car and is also easily accessible by bus or with the nostalgic Stubaitalbahn.
