The property, spread on two floors, comes with 3 bedrooms, of which 2 come with queen size beds and one with 2 single beds, and two bathrooms. One of the main bedroom and the one with two single beds are on the mezzanine floor, with an opening overlooking the living room. Only one bedroom comes with the door. The living room is furnished with a sofa bed, a dining table, a TV, a kids' corner and a well equipped kitchen.

Walking through Spaccanapoli, the street that cuts the city in half, you will cross its millenary history thanks to the presence of ancient palaces and churches, such as the Cathedral of Naples and the Maschio Angioino. If there is a symbolic place of Naples, this is Piazza del Plebiscito, today a symbol of the new "Neapolitan Renaissance" where tourists come to admire its grandeur and its two jewels: the neoclassical colonnade of the church of San Francesco di Paola and the Palazzo Reale.
