You are accommodated in a wonderful area at 900 m above sea level, directly at our game enclosure, where you find plenty of space to fully enjoy your vacation with children. Our situation between the village of Fügen and the top skiing area of Hochfügen - Hochzillertal guarantees both peace and an ideal situation as starting point for hikes and skiing days.

Our farmhouse Korum is suited for 10 people max. and offers a cosy room with wood furnace, satellite TV and radio, a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, 2 bathrooms with WC, washing machine, 2 double rooms, 2 three-bed rooms as well as a sun terrace and parking. Sauna (open at 3.00 p.m. till 9.00 p.m.) on the ground floor with relax room.

The Zirbenhäusl Korum, for 6 people max., is next to the farm house and comes with a fully equipped kitchen with wood furnace, WC, living room with a bed couch (2 beds) and sitting corner, television and radio as well as a room with dining corner and a roofed terrace. A balcony, 2 pine wood rooms for 2 people respectively, a bathroom with shower/WC and a wood furnace are available as well.

Summer in the Zillertal stands for almost endless hiking paths and bicycle tours in Fügen - Hochfügen and the surrounding area that you can set out to directly from our farmhouse and Zirbenhäusl Korum. The hiking areas of Hochfügen and Spieljoch can be reached in 5 - 15 minutes by bus (stop approx. 15 minutes away on foot) or you simply take your own car.

The nearby leisure pool as well as Therme Fügen ensure both fun and relaxation. Since it also has leisure pools for children and a spa area with sauna and is only 10 minutes away from our house, Therme Fügen is ideal for the whole family. The new 18-hole golf course Uderns in Erste Ferienregion Zillertal lets the hearts of all golf enthusiasts beat faster and can also be reached in less than 10 minutes by car.

Our holiday houses are, of course, also ideally situated for your holidays with children. In the Spieljoch skiing area 21,1 kilometres of pistes are at your disposal. At 2,500 m, the Hochfügen - Hochzillertal skiing resort offers 90,7 km of perfectly groomed runs. Should you have children, who do not ski yet, the “Zwergerl club” day care makes sure that they particularly well taken care of as well.
