The cancellation of your holiday is possible under the following conditions:
- Up to 30 days before arrival, cancellation is free of charge.
- If you cancel 29 to 14 days before arrival, we will keep the deposit.
- For cancellations made between 13 and 7 days before arrival, we will charge you 40% of the total amount.
- If you cancel within the last week before your planned arrival, 80% of the total price is due.
- If you do not arrive at all or decide to go home early, 100% of the agreed amount is payable.

Getting there
Just before Welsberg, you will come to a roundabout. There, take the exit towards Welsberg/Taisten/Gsies Valley and turn left into the Gsies Valley after 500 m.
You will pass through the villages of Pichl, Innerpichl, and Oberplanken and continue to Preindl. After the "Preindl" village sign, turn right and drive up to the chapel – and hurray: Right next to the chapel is our Preindlerhof, you have arrived!
Parking and entrance are located at the back of the house. Welcome!
