The beach house has a large living room, and as you enter from the hallway, you already enjoy the sea view! But you can also gaze at it directly from the two bedrooms. Sliding doors from the living room and bedrooms lead to the 90 m² sun terrace. On the terrace, sun loungers are available for you. A large table for 6 people with chairs, a high bar table with stools, and an outdoor shower for refreshment complete the inviting oasis of well-being. Cancellation and Early Termination
If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a substitute tenant who enters into the contract on the same terms, the following proportional rents (excluding cleaning) are to be paid as compensation, taking into account the saved expenses, provided that re-renting is not possible:
Cancellation
up to 49 days before the start of the rental period: 10% of the rental price
up to 35 days before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
up to 21 days before the start of the rental period: 60% of the rental price
up to 14 days before the start of the rental period: 90% of the rental price
otherwise (later than 14 days before the start of the rental period) 100% of the rental price
Nevertheless, the manager will endeavor to re-rent the property.
The tenant can always prove that the damage incurred is less.
If the tenant terminates the stay early, they remain obligated to pay the full rental price.
A cancellation or termination can only be made in writing. The decisive date is the day on which the statement is received by the manager.

The drive from the airport takes about an hour, approximately 65 km: Follow the signs from the airport exit towards Morro Jable, Jandia, FV-2. Stay on this main road (FV-2) until you reach Costa Calma at the end of the motorway, exit number 68. At the exit, take the second exit at the roundabout. Then turn right until the next roundabout. Here, take the second exit. At the next roundabout, take the second exit (sign towards H10 Playa Esmeralda). Follow the road, passing the "H10 Tindaya" hotel. Then on the left is the "R2 Pajara Beach" hotel. Opposite the hotel is a row of bungalows. This complex is called Villas Patio. Our office is in the last house towards the south. Traumhafte Lage, super Haus
Lage sowieso toll, super Terrasse mit ebenfalls klasse Möbeln. Die gesamte Anlage Bahia Playa ist sehr gepflegt, freundliche Nachbarn, tolle Bepflanzung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Betreuung war ebenfalls sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einkaputter Schlüssel wurde sofort ersetzt und vorbeigebracht.
