This non-smoking house accommodates up to six people plus your pet and is situated in a quiet location on the street "An der Fahrrinne." Behind the house, you'll find a sheltered terrace and a private garden, perfect for relaxing and unwinding on sunny days. The living area is bright and welcoming, and the comfortable sofa was replaced in 2021, ensuring a high level of comfort.

The holiday home boasts a particularly attractive location: the beach, shops, restaurants, and the harbor are all within easy walking distance. The beach and village shop are about a 12-minute walk away, the free seawater swimming pool is just five minutes away, and the popular fish and chips shop at the harbor is about a 14-minute walk. The Wadden Sea National Park and excursions to the North Sea islands are also easily planned from here.

Inside, you'll find a spacious living and dining area with an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen counter with bar stools or the dining table are perfect for enjoying meals and games together. The house features a bedroom with a double bed and another room with a bunk bed and direct access to the garden. A separate apartment with a double bed, kitchenette, and private bathroom completes the offering, ideal for additional guests or those seeking more privacy.
