The villa is located in an exclusive residential area of Costa Calma on a large plot approximately 500m, with private swimming pool and private tropical garden. There are only a few meters from the sea and the sandy beach.
Equipped with very high quality materials, which run through the whole villa. Living room, separate kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom with tub, large deck on the right is the pool. From the terrace you have a wonderful view of the sea and the region of Costa Calma.
A parking space is directly in front of the house. For this they have satellite channels for all TV channels. For the safety of the most important things a little safe is available.
A selection of shops and several restaurants are only a few minutes.

Tolles Ferienhaus mit Blick aufs Meer und viel Ruhe
Traumhafte, ganz ruhiges Haus u. Terrassen!!!
Morgens auf der Terrasse schon in der Sonne frühstücken. Die Sonne ist den ganzen Tag, bis Sie hinter dem Berg verschwindet. Es ist hier sehr sehr ruhig. Wir sind im Nov. 2020 wieder in der Anlage. Wir können es nur weiter empfehlen!!!
Absolute Ruhe mit eigenem Pool !!!
Ein Ventilator im Schlafzimmer wäre noch eine super Sache, da es doch nachts recht warm ist. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und kommen auf alle Fälle wieder !!!
Traumhaft schönes Haus in toller Lage
Excellente Unterkunft
Sehr gefallen haben uns auch die zahlreichen Heimtextilien (Decken+Handtücher). Auch die Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen. Kein abgezähltes Besteck oder Geschirr. Es ist alles in ausreichender Menge u. ordentlicher Qualität vorhanden. Auch die notwendigen Kochutensilien um sich eine kleine Mahlzeit zu kochen haben nicht gefehlt. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank für diese schöne Unterkunft.
Tolle Villa Romeo
Die Ausstattung der Villa ist perfekt und sie ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Die Betten waren wunderschön bezogen - Handtücher, Küchentücher und sogar große Handtücher für den Poolbereich lagen parat. Gute Betten und Matratzen und absolute Ruhe sorgen für erholsamen Schlaf.
Die Außenanlage ist wunderschön bepflanzt. Die schöne Natursteinmauer ist ein optimaler Sichtschutz. Es gibt einen Grill. Der Pool ist toll!
Von der Terrasse hat man einen herrlichem Ausblick auf die Costa Calma. Abends noch die untergehende Sonne im Westen, wenn die Bucht schon längst im Schatten liegt.
