The property is located in the north of the island, in a very quiet place between C'an Picafort and Santa Margalida, with a lovely long beach nearby, and there are restaurants, bars and all types of shops and supermarkets.
The house has a nice living room with TV with satellite channels, CD/DVD and WiFi, it has two bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and the other with bunk beds. The bathroom is large with a shower. The kitchen and dining room are fully equipped. The house is prepared to receive you at any time of the year to spend a good time relaxing.
Around the villa there is a terrace with a professional grill and several places to sit, partially covered. From here you can enjoy the view of the beautiful garden with many Mediterranean plants. Through the garden you reach the large pool of the estate. Here there are several comfortable sunbeds ready.
