Description
On the comfortable sofa in the living room you can read a good book, watch TV or just relax. There is satellite TV and air conditioning in the sitting room. The independent kitchen is well equipped: toaster, coffee machine, oven, dishwasher, cutlery, cooking utensils, fridge-freezer and much more. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. You can park your car on the street in front of the house; it has no charge.
The exteriors are beautiful and the garden with its fountain is a real jewel! Have a barbecue with friends, swim in the pool or just bask in the sun. The porch has a size of approx. 18 m2 and it’s furnished with a wooden table and seats for 6 persons. The lawn area has about 200 m2; so your children have enough space to play. The private pool has a size of 12 meters x 4 meters. There are direct neighbours and the house is attached at the backside. But don’t worry! The villa and its installations are completely private. Nobody can look inside the plot because the garden is perfectly protected by bushes and trees.
Tourist Licence: ETV/7152
There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55 EUR/night and guest during the low season and 2.2 EUR/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay. The payment of this tax will be made through an external, safe link and you will pay directly to the agency.
Guests will receive an email 7 days prior to arrival with mandatory general deposit payment information. The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email. If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation.
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.

Minuspunkte:
- Betten nicht so stabil, Matratzen unbequem
- Stühle innen unbequem
- kein Besen, kein Staubsauger, aber muss besenrein hinterlassen werden
- Mietwagen wegen Lage notwendig (dann ist alles toll erreichbar)
- nur 2 Rollen Klopapier, keine Müllbeutel, keine Geschirrspültabs, keine Seife, kein Spülmittel, keine Gewürze. Dafür hätten wir gern etwas mehr bezahlt, aber auf den Kauf vor Ort verzichtet, da es alles immer nur in Vorratspackungen gibt.
- Rasen und z. T. giftige Pflanzen sind zum toben für kleine Kinder nicht so geeignet.
Perfekter Familienurlaub, geniale Anlage
Sowohl die Buchung als auch offene Fragen vor Ort wurden schnellstmöglich beantwortet. Auf Anfrage wurden Kinderstuhl und Kinderbett sofort bereitgestellt.
Die Außenanlage und das Haus selbst sind sehr gepflegt und sauber. Wir waren begeistert vom Pool und der riesigen Terrasse. Die Schlafzimmer und die Küche könnten etwas größer sein. Geschirr (Gläser + Besteck) war zu wenig für 5 Personen. Leider funktioniert nur eine von zwei Klimaanlagen. Dadurch war es nachts ziemlich heiß.
Die Lage ist perfekt zur Entspannung. Sehr ruhig. Aber mit dem Auto kommt man schnell in größere Städte und zum Supermarkt.
Wir können diese Finca absolut empfehlen. Wir alle sind tiefenentspannt aus dem Urlaub zurückgekommen.
Toller Urlaub in einer fasst perfekten Finca
Die Ausstattung der Küche könnte etwas reichhaltiger sein, es fehlen verschiedene Gläser in ausreichender Menge. Auch das Besteck war etwas dürftig, aber nach einem Hinweis wurde es ergänzt.
Die Aussenanlage ist gepflegt und sauber, wir wurden perfekt betreut .
Wir würden diese Finca wieder anmieten !!!
