In the case of goodwill arrangements (e.g., for short-term rebookings, voucher conversions, etc.), different cancellation rates apply. If the trip is not commenced, the entire rental price will be charged minus services not used, provided that these are not included in the daily or weekly rate as a flat rate according to the price list. The guest is always free – even when calculating the flat-rate cancellation compensation – to prove that no damage has occurred or not in the amount calculated.
