Description
The building is located in a gated complex with a public green space in the front. Each apartment has a heated pool, 12-15 m2, filled with sea water. The kitchen, dining and living area, as well as access to the terrace and the swimming pool are on the ground floor; two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms are upstairs. Room for two more is available in the living room on the sofa bed. There is also a fully equipped bathroom on the ground floor. The living area is air conditioned. The basement of the property houses an underground car park for Arena Negra Suites guests only. 1 parking space/apartment

Pools filled with sea water that's gentle on skin, showers at each pool, spa with Finnish sauna, bio sauna, steam bath, ice machine for cooling down, different types of showers, salt cabin, relaxation room with loungers and chairs. Bathrobes, sauna kilts, bath towels and drinks are provided. Spa must be booked on site with the caretaker of the complex for a small fee.
Getting there
From Tenerife South Airport take TF1 southbound (Los Cristianos,Costa Adeje) follow TF1 to exit 87 then onto TF46 Playa San Juan/Los Gigantes, at the roundabout take the 3rd exit for Playa San Juan/Alcala, follow TF46 to next roundabout, 2nd exit for Alcala/Los Gigantes. Drive through the town of Alcala. At the end of town, take the 2nd exit at the roundabout. After approx. 2.4 km there will be a sign for Puerto Santiago/La Arena. Turn left and drive through town. On the left you will soon find Arena Negra Suites. Turn left to the underground car park.

Wir haben 2,5 Wochen in dem wunderschönen Haus verbracht. Es ist mit den 2 Schlafzimmern, 3 Bädern, Wohn-/ Esszimmer sowie einer Küche mit allen notwendigen Utensilien optimal ausgestattet. Alles ist sehr modern und architektonisch interessant geplant Das Auto kann in einer Parkgarage im Haus geparkt werden. Der Salzwasserpool direkt an der Terrasse, ist ausreichend groß und lädt zum Baden ein. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Unsere Ansprechpartnerin Sophie hat hat uns sehr nett empfangen und auf alle unsere Anliegen sehr schnell reagiert. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen und werden mir Sicherheit wieder kommen. Das Haus ist ein optimaler Ausgangspunkt für Reisen in und um die Insel und liegt so zentral, dass der Hausstrand fußläufig erreichbar ist.
