The Belvedere apartment is located in the municipality of Brenzone about 7 km south of Malcesine. Surrounded by a well-kept Mediterranean garden with pool (10 x 8), the holiday home is embedded in the typical olive groves in an absolutely quiet hillside location. The lake is about 150 m away and thus can be reached in approx. 3 minutes on foot.
Shopping facilities and restaurants are also within walking distance. The apartment has a total living area of approx. 75m² and is accessible from the garden at ground level via a separate entrance with a small terrace. The large living/dining area with SAT-TV and integrated as good as new kitchen unit is delightful thanks to the friendly Mediterranean colouring as well as the tasteful-elegant equipment. From here you reach the built-in terrace with beautiful furniture and breathtaking lake-mountain panorama over the entire northern part of Lake Garda.
