A booking becomes binding once the lessee has paid the 50% deposit at booking, the balance has been transferred to the account given below no later than 2 weeks prior to arrival and the lessor has received the rental contract filled out by the lessee.
You will receive an invoice for the remaining amount and the disclosed spa tax together with a reminder to transfer the amount stated no later than 2 weeks prior to arrival. Please be sure to pay the spa tax amount in full because paying cash upon arrival is not possible due to accounting reasons!
When paying the deposit, don't forget to provide your name, the booking date and the apartment name. Please make the payment to the bank account specified below within 8 days after this letter has been delivered.

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub im Markgräflerland in einer Traumwohnung
Diese wunderschöne Wohnung hat uns sofort begeistert: sehr geschmackvoll,
ausgefallen, ur-gemütlich, supergepflegt und einfach ein tolles Ambiente. Der
Garten mit vielen verwunschenen Sitzplätzen und unmittelbar am Wald gelegen, läd zum Verweilen ein. Während unserer Radtouren und Wanderungen haben wir uns immer schon auf unser Urlaubs-Zuhause gefreut. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, nur ganz vereinzelt mal ein Fahrzeug von Anliegern. Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Für uns steht fest: im nächsten Jahr kommen wir wieder.
Gerade bei den ersten Gästen ist man gespannt, wie die Wohnung ankommt. Es freut uns ganz besonders, dass sich unsere ersten Gäste gleich vom ersten Tag an so wohl gefühlt haben. Wir freuen uns bereits darauf sie nächstes Jahr wieder zu sehen.
