Enjoy a happy holiday in this modern, Mediterranean-style penthouse apartment located in the El Paraiso residential complex.
Our lovingly furnished, 85-square-meter apartment "Can Suerte" features 2 bedrooms, each with a built-in closet, 2 bathrooms (1 small bathroom with shower, 1 en-suite bathroom with bathtub) and a fully equipped, open kitchen with top-of-the-line, new SMEG appliances, including as a Nespresso machine.
The stylish living area with TV and access to the balcony is a great place to relax. The beds have also been updated with premium-quality mattresses.
The apartment has AC, so you can relax at your preferred temperature in the summer. During winter, the apartment has infrared heating panels that provide pleasant warmth (you can also use the AC for heating).
A spiral staircase takes you to the jewel of the apartment. The 30-square-meter terrace on the west side features a dining table and 6 chairs, as well as a new Napoleon gas grill with a gas stove. Enjoy an evening grilling with a wonderful view of the greenery and marvel at the sunset!
On the other side of the terrace is the lounge, where you can enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine and a beautiful view as far as Es Trenc and the island of Cabrera.
The terrace also has sunbeds.
A beautiful, spacious communal pool with a kiddie pool is available to use!
At the restaurant Xivi, right next to the complex, you can enjoy a delicious lunch or dinner or simply have a drink to unwind.

Perfekt ausgestattet!
Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und biete genügend. Die Ausstattung der Küche und der Badezimmer ließ keine W ünsche unerfüllt. Der Balkon und die Dachterrasse sind wunderschön um draußen zu sitzen.
Die Betreuung vorort durch eine ansässige Agentur und der digitale Kontakt mit Juan waren die beste Betreuung, die ich bisher kennengelernt habe. Kleinere Fragen wurden direkt beantwortet und es kamen noch jede Menge Tipps für Ausflüge, Strände, usw hinzu. Das war wirklich Weltklasse!
Die Anlage ist grundsätzlich schön gestaltet, war aber im April überhaupt nicht belebt und somit leider sehr einsam und weiter abseits gelegen.
Der Ort Sa Rapità ist mindestens einen Besuch wert :)

Ab Ostern kommt mehr Leben in die Anlage und das Restaurant Xivi direkt bei der Anlage hat dann auch geöffnet…ab Sommer wenn viel los ist, tut die etwas ruhigere Atmosphäre in der Anlage gut:)
