Hervorragend die Nähe zum lauschigen Strand. Allfälliger Verkehrslärm wurde eher tagsüber wahrgenommen, was uns kaum störte (und sich auch nicht verhindern lässt), da er Abends praktisch ganz abflaute. Die Eisenbahnlinie nimmt man dank Lärmschutzmassnahmen kaum wahr. Sehr empfehlenswert und bei uns auf der Liste jener Destinationen, die wir gern wieder einmal besuchen kommen werden.
