It was completely renovated in the winter of 22/23 and provides every comfort. Large new wooden windows brighten the rooms and offer a beautiful view of the lake, the mountains, and the old town.
Up to 6 people can stay in the three tastefully decorated bedrooms.
The lavish, airy living space impresses with a skillful mix of modern furniture and antique items. It, as well as the 15 sqm balcony with lake view, provides plenty of space for chilling or socializing.
A large modern stainless steel kitchen offers all electrical appliances, ample workspace for cooking together, and a delightful old town atmosphere. The washing machine is also located here.
The new bathrooms have large, floor-level shower areas. One bathroom is an en-suite, while the other has a separate toilet, ensuring there is ample space even when occupied by 6 people.
The three tastefully decorated bedrooms - one with an en-suite bathroom - can accommodate up to 6 people. The bedrooms are furnished with high-quality double beds and comfort mattresses (2 x 180 cm and 1 x 160 cm).

Cancellation policy
In the event of cancellation, the deposit will be retained. Up to 4 weeks before arrival, 50% of the total rental price is due, and we will refund the difference of the already fully paid travel sum. In case of cancellation 2 weeks or less before arrival, the full amount is due. You will receive a full refund of your payments made if a successful re-rental is found under the "same" conditions. For processing, we will deduct €100 from a refund.

The apartment has central air conditioning. For ecological reasons, we have decided to only turn on this air conditioning upon explicit request. The size of the apartment, the many windows, and fans usually provide a pleasant indoor climate, especially in the evenings on most days.
If needed, the property manager can turn on the air conditioning for you. Billing will be based on usage.

Lime la mia seconda casa
Es wurde in den Bewertungen bereits alles geschrieben. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser tollen Wohnung über den Dächern von Limone und wären am liebsten für immer geblieben.
Ganz lieben Dank nochmal an Jörg, der uns wie immer hilfreich zur Seite stand.
Für uns wird Limone immer ein ganz besonderer Ost bleiben und wir hoffen, bald wieder da zu sein.

Vielen Dank für die lieben Worte. Wir haben diese aussergewöhnliche Wohnung mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und freuen uns sehr, das sie es genau so genießen konnten, wie es unser Wunsch war. Auch der VIP-shuttleservice, der in diesem Jahr erstmalig angeboten wird, bringt ein weiteres Stück Entspanntheit in den Urlaub.
