Die gesamte Atmosphäre der Anlage ist familiär und wohltuend, gleichzeitig besteht jedoch genügend Rückzugsmöglichkeit. Die Ausstattung der Wohnungen ist sehr hochwertig und modern, das 'I-Tüpfelchen' ist jedoch der Bio-Pool.
