The holiday apartment is classified as "new" and not just renovated! We have furnished it with love and attention to detail! We place great importance on our guests appreciating our holiday apartment and using it with care! The entrance doors, both the main entrance and the apartment itself, are equipped with a numerical code! We are looking forward to it!

Tolle Wohnung in neuem Haus, in ruhiger Lage. Die Wohnung hat von der Ausstattung her alles, was man braucht, um sich dort wohl zu fühlen. Die Sauberkeit ist 1A! Sehr freundlicher Kontakt mit der Vermieterin, die einem viele hilfreiche Infos vorab zukommen lässt. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung, in der man sich wohlfühlen kann. Vom herrlichen Balkon sind das Meer und der Teide zu sehen. Gute Lage und eine gute Busverbindung ins Zentrum und die Umgebung. Ausgesprochen nette Vermieter.

Schon bei der Ankunft an dem Ferienobjekt hat man gedacht: "Wow". Top modernisiertes Objekt in einer sehr gemütlichen, ruhigen und zentralen Gegend. Das Objekt ist auch für Senioren und Menschen mit körperlichen Einschränkungen sehr gut geeignet. Die Ferienwohnung war ein Traum. Modern und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung war ausgezeichnet und tadellos. Das Beste an der Ferienwohnung war mit Abstand der Balkon. Ein großer gemütlicher Balkon mit Aussicht sowohl auf die Berge als auch auf den Atlantik und den Pool. Das Grundstück und der Pool waren zu jeder Tageszeit sauber und ordentlich.
Der Kontakt zu den Eigentümern war sehr offen und angenehm. Diese haben uns auch Tipps gegeben.
Wir können dieser Ferienwohnung mehr als nur empfehlen. Jederzeit sehr gerne wieder !!

Die Wohnung ist super schön und total neu! Sie ist sehr großzügig geschnitten und verfügt - von der Orangenpresse bis zum Sandwichmaker- über wirklich alles, was man so braucht. Unser Highlight war vor allem der riesige Eck-Balkon, von dem man sowohl das Meer als auch den Teide sehen kann. Zudem war alles sehr sauber, sodass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Die Anlage an sich ist auch sehr gepflegt und verfügt über einen schönen Pool, den wir jeden Abend nach unseren Ausflügen benutzten. Zusätzlich ist ein Tennis-Platz vorhanden. Stellplätze waren ebenfalls immer genügend vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist zwar ruhig gelegen, trotzdem ist man in nur wenigen Minuten zu Fuß im Zentrum oder am Strand. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war ebenfalls extrem unkompliziert, zuvorkommend und nett- wir kommen wieder!

Die modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung entspricht zu 100 % den Bildern. Die Wohnung ist optimal geeignet für Paare und Kleinfamilien. Die sehr gut ausgestattete Küche kann durch die nahe gelegenen Supermärkte bestens genutzt werden. Vom großen Balkon hat man eine wunderschöne Aussicht und kann sogar das Wahrzeichen von Teneriffa, den Vulkan Teide sehen. An der gepflegten Poolanlage lässt es sich sehr gut entspannen. Durch die gute Lage ist der Stadtkern mit Stränden bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Äußerst erwähnenswert ist der nette Service der Vermieter, durch die man Vorfeld optimal über die örtlichen Gegebenheiten informiert wurde. Ich kann diese Ferienwohnung jedem weiterempfehlen und würde jederzeit wieder kommen.
