Pure vacation bliss – at the "Bootshaus Am Neuen Hafen"! The apartment is located on the second floor and features an open, light-filled living and dining area with an adjoining kitchen.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a convivial evening of cooking. In addition to a stove with a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a microwave, and a large refrigerator and freezer, you'll also find a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, and a comprehensive selection of cookware and tableware.
In the living room, you can enjoy cozy movie nights on the comfortable leather sofa. The sofa can be converted into a sofa bed, providing two additional sleeping spaces. From there, the wide windows offer a direct view of the ships coming and going. The entire apartment has underfloor heating.
From the living area, you have access to the balcony with a water view of the harbor basin. Due to its slightly recessed position, the covered balcony is mostly sheltered from the wind. There you'll find two comfortable lounge chairs and a table. In the evenings, you can unwind here with a glass of wine.
The bedroom features a comfortable double bed (160x200 cm), a flat-screen TV, and blackout curtains for restful nights. You can also store all your clothes in the spacious dressing room.
Directly opposite, you'll find the bathroom with a walk-in shower, towel warmer, and hairdryer.
The apartment boasts a fantastic location right in Bremerhaven: shops are just a few minutes' walk away, and many attractions and museums, such as the Climate House and the German Emigration Center, are about a 10-minute walk. There are plenty of restaurants nearby – something for everyone!

Die Wohnungslage ist einzigartig ! Wir kommen immer im Dezember und geniessen die vorweihnachtliche Zeit dort. Der von der Vermieterin aufgestellte Weihnachtsbaum und das Rentier auf dem Balkon machen diese Wohnung besonders. wir kommen sicher wieder!

Die Lage ist super! Toll ist auch der PKW Stellplatz und der Fahrradkeller. Die Wohnung ist sauber und ordentlich.

Sehr schöne Fewo in absolut ruhiger Lage. Kurze Wege zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt ebenso wie zur Weser. Immer eine Reise wert.

Die gut ausgestattete Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Das Haus verfügt über einen Fahrradraum in dem man problemlos die eigenen Fahrräder abstellen kann. Der Balkon ist schön, aber leider gibt es hier keine Sonne. Insgesamt eine tolle Wohnanlage die ihren Preis wert ist.

Die Wohnung entsprach der Beschreibung. Die gut ausgestattete Küche, das große Wohnzimmer (Couch mit schönem Ausblick!) und das gemütliche Schlafzimmer boten alles, was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt. Auch das Badezimmer mit der großzügigen Dusche war sehr angenehm.
Die Lage ist hervorragend für Hafen- und Deichspaziergänge. Und der feste Parkplatz sorgt ebenfalls für zusätzliche Urlaubsentspannung.
Beim nächsten Bremerhaven-Aufenthalt würde ich diese Wohnung erneut buchen.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr liebevoll und mit allem Komfort eingerichtet. Vom Balkon hat man eine schöne Auusicht auf den Hafen. Leider nur 4 Sterne für die Ausstattung, da man im Wohnzimmer auf
Sat 1 und RTL verzichten muss, und für den Fernseher im Schlafzimmer ein Amazon Account benötigt wird.
