A dream vacation apartment with a large terrace and sauna near the Baltic Sea for 6 people. The "Bootshaus" is a high-quality, Scandinavian-style vacation apartment.
It is located on the ground floor of a semi-detached house in the quietest part of the Baltic Sea Resort at the end of a cul-de-sac. Upon entering the apartment, you'll find yourself on your right in the cozy, open-plan living and kitchen area, offering fantastic views of the Schlei fjord and its many waterfowl.
From here, you'll also find access to the large terrace, furnished with lounge furniture during the summer months.
The kitchen is fully equipped: in addition to a ceramic cooktop and extractor hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator with freezer compartment, you'll also find a coffee maker, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, and a comprehensive selection of cookware and tableware for all ages. The large dining table seats six.
The living area features a comfortable sofa. Our favorite spot is a cozy wingback chair with a reading lamp that can be positioned as desired. A flat-screen TV is integrated into the view and can be easily adjusted to face either the sofa or the dining area.
Off the entrance hall are two cozy bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed, ample wardrobe space, blackout blinds, and insect screen doors leading to another terrace.
One of the bedrooms has a second flat-screen TV at the foot of the bed. Near all three beds, you can charge your smartphone or our wireless Bluetooth speaker using a USB port. A stereo system with CDs is also available.
Directly opposite the bedrooms is a spacious bathroom with a whirlpool shower and infrared sauna.
The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating throughout, making it the perfect holiday retreat year-round.
A washing machine is also available if needed. In the storage room, we have provided a clothes drying rack, ironing board and iron, a high chair, a travel cot, and other useful accessories. There is additional storage space on the terrace for furniture and cushions.
