This modern apartment offers 74 m² of spacious living and dining area, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. Enjoy breathtaking views of the Schlei from your balcony.
The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, and in the living room, you can relax on the sofa in front of the smart TV at the end of your vacation days.
One bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and the other has two single beds (90 x 200 cm). Here you'll find your well-deserved sleep.
Relax on the balcony and enjoy the balmy evenings after your vacation.
A private parking space is available directly in front of the house.
You can store your bicycles in the shared, open bicycle storage room.
A washing machine is available for your free use on the ground floor.
Sustainability is a priority at Pionierhafen, which is why 77% of the energy is generated by geothermal sources.
Thanks to its unique location on the Schlei fjord, you can also bring your own boat and moor it at a berth directly at Pionierhafen for a fee. Please contact us for details.

There are two electric vehicle charging stations near the accommodation for the Schlei, Wiking, and Fjord apartments. These are available for all apartments in the buildings.
The development of the new "Am Pionierhafen" district is largely complete. No further major construction work is expected. Some areas, especially the surrounding landscaping, are still undergoing visual changes.
For all bookings with a stay from April 1, 2026, the city of Schleswig charges an overnight tax of 5% on the total price excluding VAT. This will be shown on the booking confirmation in addition to the total price.
Please note that the apartment is not suitable for tradespeople, and we cannot accept bookings for this purpose.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Wir hatten 2 Wochen einen herrlichen Urlaub an der Schlei. Ein schönes kleines Cafe ist direkt nebenan. Dort kann man von Frühstück bis Abendessen alles bekommen. 5 Sterne für diese schöne Anlage
Sehr gut eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit einem fantastischen Blick von der Terrasse auf die Ostsee.
Schöne Ferienwohnung am Pionierhafen in Schleswig
Sehr saubere Wohnung, moderne Ausstattung, haben uns wohlgefühlt. Unser Hund ebenfalls. Durch die Bauarbeiten haben wir uns wenig gestört gefühlt. Hierdurch war das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis akzeptabel.

Die Wohnung hat uns ausserordentlich gut gefallen, die Inneneinrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll gewählt. Alles macht einen hochwertigen Eindruck und ist sehr gut gepflegt. Die Wohnung und jedes Inventarstück war vorbildlich sauber. Es hat uns dort an nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns dort sehr zuhause gefühlt.
Für den Urlaub mit Hund ist die Wohnung perfekt gelegen, man ist schnell im Grünen und doch ganz zentral, direkt am Wasser gelegen und der Weg zum Hafen und zur Innenstadt ist ein sehr schöner Spaziergang.
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und empfehlen die Wohnung und Wohnanlage auch sehr gerne weiter.

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gefallen. Wir sind als Familie mit 2 Kindern, plus einem Hund verreist und fühlten uns sehr wohl in der Unterkunft. Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief sehr unkompliziert, die Unterkunft ist sehr modern und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt um für eine Woche zu verreisen. Die Möglichkeit eine Waschmaschine vor Ort zu benutzen, möchte ich sehr hervorheben. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Eine wirklich wunderschöne Wohnung, mit hochwertigen Möbeln und eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf die Schlei.

Sehr schöne helle und geschmackvoll, nordisch eingerichtete Wohnung. Alles war sehr sauber und man findet alles vom Spülmaschinentabs, über alle notwendigen Geräte in der Küche, schöne Möbel in der Wohnung bis zum schnellen Internet, wodurch auch der Fernseher alles mögliche konnte. Der Parkplatz ist für diese Wohnung reserviert und man hat ihn immer zur Verfügung. Man lebt aber noch auf einer Baustelle, da wurde in der Beschreibung aber drauf hingewiesen. Zur kalten Jahreszeit finde ich das gar nicht so schlimm, durch die geschlossenen Fenster hört man keinen Baulärm, was in der warmen Jahreszeit wenn der großzügige Balkon genutzt wird, auf jeden Fall störend ist. Die Aussicht aus den Fenstern ist eben nur Baustelle. Nur zum Wasser hin hat man aus dem Wohnzimmer eine schöne Sicht aus zweiter Reihe auf die Schlei und die Wasserhäuser. Das fanden wir sehr schön.
Insgesamt hat uns die Unterkunft gut gefallen und wenn mal alles fertig ist dort, was noch lange dauern wird (es ist viel geplant in der Umgebung), kann man da gut Urlaub machen.
Für die Einschränkungen die die Baustelle visuell und im Sommer auch hörbar noch mit sich bringt, fanden wir den Preis doch sehr hoch angesetzt.
Am Ende hatte ich einen Silberring in der Wohnung liegenlassen, der mir freundlicherweise nachgeschickt wurde. Aber auch das wurde mir mit 25,- Euro berechnet. Viel zu teuer für diesen Service. In dieser Preisklasse der Wohnung hätte ich mir den Nachsendeservice zum eigentlichen Preis gewünscht.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit direktem Blick auf die Ostsee. Fußweg zum Strand ca. 3 min. Und selbst jetzt im Herbst, eine wundervolle Landschaft.

Wir waren im Zeitraum vom 17.03.-24.03.2018 in dieser Wunderschönen Wohnung. Es hat uns super gefallen. Ein herrlicher Ausblick auf die Ostsee, eine fantastische und große überdachte Balkonterrasse . Es war eine schöne Woche. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen.
