§ 8 Cancellation by the Tenant
In the event of a cancellation of the rental agreement, the tenant is obligated to pay a portion of the agreed price as compensation. Cancellation must be made in writing. The amount of compensation depends on the time until the arrival day and is as follows:
- Up to 7 days before the arrival day: 50% of the agreed price,
- Up to 14 days before the arrival day: no cancellation fee.
It is recommended to take out travel cancellation insurance.
§ 9 Cancellation by the Landlord
In the event of a cancellation on our part due to force majeure or other unforeseeable circumstances (such as an accident or illness of the hosts, non-usability of the apartment due to damages caused by the previous tenant) as well as other circumstances beyond our control that make fulfillment impossible, liability is limited to the refund of the rental costs. In the case of a justified cancellation, the customer is not entitled to compensation for damages - liability for travel and hotel costs will not be assumed.
A cancellation by the landlord can occur without notice after the rental period has begun if the tenant behaves in such a way that immediate termination of the rental agreement is justified.
