Auch wir haben Hans Homberg als sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Vermieter kennengelernt. Leider haben wir es aber als sehr unangenehm empfunden, dass in den Schränken und Schubladen überall private Dinge zu finden waren (sehr viel Kleidung, Medikamente, Kosmetikprodukte). Auch funktionierte die Beleuchtung nur unzuverlässig und es fehlte an Geschirr und Besteck.

Wir können diese Ferienwohnung bedingungslos weiterempfehlen. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter verlief ohne Probleme und die Lage der Wohnung ist super. Die Altstadt lässt sich zu Fuß innerhalb weniger Minuten erreichen.
Die Wohnung war voll ausgestattet, sehr sauber und verfügt sogar zusätzlich zum großen Badezimmer, über ein weitere Toilette und ist perfekt für einen Urlaub in Alkmaar.

Kennen viele Unterkünfte in Alkmaar, das war mit Abstand die beste. Zu beachten sind in den 2 Schlafzimmern jeweils ein großes Oberbett/Decke im Bett, kuschelig muss man also mögen.

Die Wohnung kann ich uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Es war alles reichlich da, was man braucht. Die herrliche Dachterrasse war das Highlight.
Die Lage ist perfekt und es waren nur 2 Minuten Fußweg bis in die herrliche Altstadt.
Der Blick aus dem Fenster ging direkt auf die Gracht.
Herr Homberg ist ein toller Gastgeber und hat sich sogar um unser Gepäck gekümmert. Dazu noch Wein und Bier für uns in den Kühlschrank gelegt.
Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt.

Ich war mit meiner Freundin leider nur für 2 Tage in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung! Sie war mit allen Schikanen ausgestattet. Ein tolles grosses Wohnzimmer, eine Traumküche zwei Schlafzimmer mit guten Betten, und eine Traum Dachterrasse. Geschirr,und Handtücher in großer Anzahl. Spülmaschine,Waschmaschine und Trockner, alles vorhanden. Die Lage,mitten in der Stadt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter sehr herzlich. Preisleistung unschlagbar.
