Schlüsselüber-, und -abgabe war absolut problemlos.
Die Wohnung ist komplett neu, stil-, und geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit allem was man benötigt. Die Bilder im Netz werden absolut bestätigt.
Die FeWo ist sehr zentral gelegen, man kann alles fußläufig erreichen.
Die "Kleine Auszeit" ist auf alle Fälle weiterzuempfehlen.

Bereits die Schlüsselübergabe lief reibungslos. Angekommen in der Wohnung waren wir begeistert von der liebevollen Einrichtung und dem guten Geschmack der Möbel.
In der Küche haben wir alles notwendige vorgefunden. Die ganze Wohnung ist neu eingerichtet! Die Matratzen waren sehr sehr bequem.
Insgesamt eine wunderbare Zeit die wir dort hatten.
Zu erwähnen ist auch der eigene Parkplatz sowie die absolut zentrale Lage.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Ferienwohnung! Besonders die zentrale Lage hat uns überzeugt: Das Schlossbrauhaus direkt vor der Tür, Supermarkt, Apotheke und Bank um die Ecke. Weitere Restaurants und die Kristalltherme sind fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Kompakte, gemütliche Wohnung im Dachgeschoss. Es ist sehr ruhig, sehr sauber und bis auf das Bad komplett neu renoviert und liebevoll eingerichtet. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Vom Balkon aus blickt man Richtung Kirche im Ortskern. Praktisch: Ein Stellplatz war sowohl auf dem Parkplatz als auch in der Tiefgarage vorhanden. Klare Empfehlung!

Wir haben diese Fewo aufgrund der Lage und des Preises ausgewählt.Normalerweise bevorzugen wir Wohnungen, die schon bewertet sind und haben uns diesmal überraschen lassen. Die Wohnung liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig direkt gegenüber vom Schlossbrauhaus,nebenan direkt eine Apotheke.Fahrradabstellplätze sind vorhanden und ein eigener Parkplatz.Hausbewohner sind alle sehr freundlich.Im Keller ist ein Raum mit Waschmaschinen,die älteste zur Wohnung gehörend haben wir benutzt.Die Wohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss, das bedeutet ohne Klima auch sehr Warm.Alle vorhanden Geräte waren funktionsfähig und in einem guten Zustand.Die Möbel sollten hier und da mal erneuert werden.Neue Kissen auf dem Sofa und im Schlafzimmer wären nötig,da diese sehr durchgelegen sind.Ansonsten passte alles.

Liebe Nadine, vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung. Die Ferienwohnung wurde im Frühjahr 2025 verkauft und von den neuen Eigentümern komplett renoviert und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es wurde sehr viel Wert auf eine moderne und gemütliche Ausstattung gelegt und Sie werden sich das nächste Mal mit Sicherheit noch viel wohler fühlen. Zudem gibt es zu der Ferienwohnung nun auch einen eigenen Tiefgaragenstellplatz im Haus und einen Fahrradkeller.
