This lovingly designed holiday apartment with a generous layout (109 square metres) is ready and waiting for you to come and stay. It even features a loggia with a table and chairs that provide a fantastic place to enjoy a lovely breakfast. The loggia is also a great spot for relaxing at the end of your day.
The living room is approx. 37 square metres in size. It's very bright and offers an unobstructed view out over the surrounding residential area. There are two bedrooms at your disposal. One room boasts a double bed, and the other room features a sofa bed, a desk and a chaise longue. All of the rooms were fully refurnished in 2019. . Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, Die Ausstattung ist super, es fehlt an nichts.
Geschirr perfekt, Kaffe und Essgeschirr aufeinander abgestimmt.
Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich.
Alles in allem kann man nur gutes von der Wohnung und den Vermietern sagen.
Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist ok.

Die große FW ist sehr gemütlich, modern und liebevoll eingerichtet. Sie ist sehr sauber. Auf der Loggia kann man den Tag gut ausklingen lassen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und man kann vor dem Haus parken. Holzhausen ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen rund um Leipzig. Auch Leipzig Zentrum lässt sich von hier aus gut erreichen. Fam. Knobloch sind sehr nette Vemieter. Klare Weiterempfehlung.

Wir waren echt von der Ferienwohnung überrascht! Groß, geräumig, modern eingerichtet und super sauber! Die Küche super ausgestattet und nicht aus Geschirrrestern und übrig gebliebenen Töpfen und Pfannen zusammengestellt! Die Vermieter sind auch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!
Wir werden uns bestimmt Wiedersehen!
Der Preis ist völlig angemessen! Also klare Empfehlungen von uns!

Die Ferienwohnung liegt im Obergeschoss eines Zweifamilienhauses im Ortsteil Holzhausen. In Holzhausen gibt es nur wenig Gaststätten, dafür einen Supermarkt und eine Bäckerei, die fussläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar sind. Ca. 9 km sind es bis zum Hauptbahnhof, der auch mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar ist. Wunderbar ruhige Lage mit Parkmöglichkeiten vor der Tür. Sehr freundlicher Empfang durch die Vermieter! Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und bis auf das Bad neuwertig eingerichtet und renoviert. Das Bad ist im Stil der 90iger Jahre - hell grau , aber völlig ausreichend und sogar mit Badewanne und separater Dusche. Zur Begrüßung gibt es Rotkäppchen und Mineralwasser. Ein kleiner Getränkenachschub steht zum Kauf bereit. Großes Wohnzimmer mit Balkon/Logia und Blick in die Nachbarschaft.

Die Ferienwohnung ist modern eingerichtet und extrem sauber. Die Vermieter sind aufgeschlossen und sehr gastfreundlich. Wir wurden gleich mit einem Gastgeschenk begrüßt und haben nette Unterhaltungen geführt. Nicht nur wir, sondern auch unser Chihuahua haben sich von Anfang an wohlgefühlt. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist super ruhig und die Innenstadt ist mit dem Auto, sowie mit der Bahn sehr gut zu erreichen. Selbst Alexa ist in der Ferienwohnung vertreten und man hat alles was man braucht um sich vom Alltag zu erholen.

Eine wunderbare schön eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, großzügig geschnitten, top eingerichtet; sehr ruhige Wohnlage, Parkplatz vor der Tür; S-Bahn zum Hbf Leipzig ganz in der Nähe, mit dem Auto 10 min, ins Zentrum, 10 min. zu den Seen im Süden.
schöner Balkon mit schöner Aussicht ins Grüne, super nette hilfsbereite Vermieter. Sehr empfehlenswert!
