In the combined living/dining area with inviting seating suite, open kitchen and two balconies to the east and west sides, you'll spend relaxed hours, and on cool days the individual wood stoves will provide a pleasant warmth.
You'll have a healthy sleep in our natural pine beds in the separate bedroom. Here too, the rooms are generous, so a cot can also be set up.
The daylight bath with barrier-free shower completes the suite. Our country house is an expressly non-smoking house.

Großartiges Zuhause auf Zeit für unsere lang ersehnte "Dosis" Oberbayern
Highlights sind 2 Balkone mit Früh- oder Spätsonne, sowie die Fensterläden, mit denen sich die Suite bei zu viel Sonne kühl halten lässt. Zusätzlich kann auch noch der wunderschön angelegte Garten der Anlage zum Verweilen auf vorhandenen Sitz- oder Liegemöbeln genutzt werden.
Wohlfühlen pur in einer Umgebung, die sich für uns sehr authentisch anfühlte!!
