When you return from the beach, you can enjoy the wonderful communal swimming pool that faces the sea and is perfect for cooling off or relaxing on one of the sun loungers. The pool is chlorinated, measures 12 x 5 metres and has a depth of between 1.20 and 2.80 metres. On the terrace of the flat you and your companions can enjoy the spectacular sea views while enjoying your favourite meals.

The flat is located on the first floor of a building with lift, and offers a cosy style with all the necessary elements of comfort for your stay. The living-dining room is equipped with AC and satellite TV. The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob and has all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. To rest you will find 2 bedrooms with AC, the first one with a double bed and the second one with a bunk bed. The bathroom of the flat has 1 shower. If you are travelling with your baby we can provide a cot and high chair. The property is prepared for all the months of the year,

Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

Pets are not allowed.
The holding of events is forbidden.
The swimming pool is open all year round. Its opening hours are from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 21:00h and on Sundays from 9:00 to 20:00h.

Please note that the opening and closing dates of the communal pool are subject to community regulations and may vary depending on the season, without prior notice. Updated information will be available upon your arrival.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55 euro/night and guest during the low season and 2.2 euro/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.

You will have to pay the deposit amount at the arrival to the owner.
