Description
The apartment is located right by the sea, 50 meters from the beach. The newly built house is situated directly by the sea in a quiet part of the town of Fažana, surrounded by greenery with an idyllic view of the sea and the Brioni Islands. The house is only 50 meters from the beach. In front of the house, there is a promenade, then a meadow, and then the beach.
The car is only needed for excursions, as everything is within easy reach. The house is suitable for families with children. We can provide a crib. There is also a children's playground nearby.
The living space is 65 m2.
The kitchen, integrated into the communicative, pleasantly furnished living room, is equipped with a refrigerator, stove with oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, as well as dishes for 10 people. Bed linen and towels (no bath towels) are also provided. There is a washing machine in the bathroom. From the kitchen and living room, you have a direct view of the blue sea. Air conditioning and TV/SAT are available in the living area.
The 2 bedrooms (1 room with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds) are tastefully decorated. The large terrace (20 m2, with sea view) is equipped with two sun loungers, 6 chairs, a table. The terrace is covered with an awning.
