The 80 m2 apartment occupies the entire ground floor of the house. You will feel right at home in the spacious living room with a dinning area, 3 separate bedrooms, Kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is completely furnished and equipped with an oven, a fridge-freezer and a washing machine. The large garden in front of the apartment has a private table tennis area, barbecue area with a dining table and sun shade and a parking space.

The apartment is located in a magical Adriatic coastal town of Vrsar between Porec and Rovinj and is an easy 5 minute walk from the beach and the sea.

Hier fehlt es an nichts - alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt, ist vorhanden. Von der Küchen- über die Badeinrichtung bis zu viel Stauraum, Schränken etc! Großer Garten mit Grillecke und Sitzplätze vor der Wohnung mit Markise. Dazu alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Kleines Manko vielleicht die knarrenden Betten. Vielen lieben Dank auch für die prima Betreuung an Fani und Wanda.

Super Unterkunft, sauber, alles da was man braucht. Die Vermieterin Vanda ist voll lieb und bemüht. Waren letztes Jahr bereits hier und kommen auch nächstes Jahr wieder. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut. Wir haben unseren Hund mit, da geht man zwar zum Hundestrand so ca. 1,2 km aber dafür ist es dort sehr ruhig und man hat Restaurants am Strand. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung relativ zentral gelegen, man ist gleich am Hafen und bei den Lokalitäten, Bäckereien und Supermarkt. Ich kann diese Wohnung nur loben und jedermann empfehlen, Vielen Dank für alles, wir freuen uns schon auf nächstes Jahr. Margit und Markus

Toller Urlaub in einer wundervollen, sehr sauberen Wohnung. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und auch der Hund der Vermieter ein ganz Lieber! Großer Garten in dem wir auch mit der Familie, die in Funtana ihre Ferienwohnung hatte, grillen konnten. Super Unterstand für das Auto.
Vielleicht müßte man die Fotos mal aktualisieren, es hat sich doch das eine oder andere in der Küche im Wohnzimmer und im Ankleidezimmer verändert, was die Wohnung aber nur aufwertet. Für unseren Geschmack wäre ein Geschirrspüler und somit auch mehr Geschirr/Besteck und eine Duschkabine ansprechend. Aber im Grunde ist an der Unterkunft nichts auszusetzen. TOP!!!

Eine der der schönsten Ferienwohnungen die wir je hatten,top Einrichtung,es fehlt an nichts. mit einem riesigen tollen grünen Garten unter Palmen und Bäumen.
Nette aufmerksame Vermieterin,die uns mit Blütenweißer Bettwäsche und Handtücher versorgte..Wohnung kann man nur empfehlen,wir mit Katze Lucy kommen im nächsten Jahr wieder.Nicht zu vergessen ,kurzer Weg zum Hafen und den Pizzerien und Restaurants,Pizzeria 2000 ,war unser Favorit...

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und in guter Lage. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der Ort ist sehr schön und es gibt einige sehr gute Restaurants. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen.
