The facts: Three rooms, garden level, approx. 77 square meters of living space. Year of construction: 2014. The feeling: pure joy spreads. In the open-plan living and dining room with kitchenette, there are no fixed meal times like in a hotel. What the open kitchen does have is a ceramic hob, an oven, a filter coffee machine, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, a fridge with freezer compartment and - to everyone's delight - a dishwasher. And a cozy seating area. A couch in the living area invites you to laze around. Or for reading, watching TV and surfing the Internet. Then there are the two bedrooms: here you can go to bed late in the evening and sleep in late in the morning. No, not in just any bed - a 1.80 x 2.00 meter box-spring bed awaits dreamers here. There is also another bedroom - also with a cozy box-spring bed. Another big plus are the patio doors that lead from all rooms to the furnished outdoor area. Now you just have to decide whether to take a seat on the terrace or lie down in one of the sun loungers.
What does the bathroom look like? There is a large, floor-level shower made of natural stone, an equally large double washbasin and a radiator to dry the towels. A washing machine and tumble dryer can be provided on request.
There is a parking space right next to the house. Bicycles can be parked on the terrace. The nearest bus stop is only 80 meters away, so that with the guest card the city bus can be used free of charge and comfortably.

moderne FeWo am Rande Überlingens
Die Wohnung ist in einem Wohngebiet oben am Rande Überlingens gelegen, direkter Zugang zu Wander-/Fahrradwegen. Zu Fuß zur Seepromenade/Zentrum sind es ca. 40 Minuten. Eine Bushaltestelle ist gleich um die Ecke. Die Linie wird im Stundentakt bedient, allerdings nur bis 18.30. Wäre schön, wenn der Bus noch zwei, drei Stunden länger fahren würde, dann könnte man das insgesamt gute Nahverkehrsnetz (zu dem man mit der Gästekarte freien Zugang hat - top!) optimal nutzen.

Schöne Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage
Die Ausstattung mit Haushaltszubehör könnte noch etwas besser sein. Können aber die Wohnung für 2-3 Personen empfehlen.

Fahrradurlaub am Bodensee Überlingen
man schon braucht um zum Supermarkt zu gelangen ist es ok . Die Entfernungsangabe 900 Meter zum Supermarkt ist reine Luftlinie.
